Parplast RH Parplast RH

PAR PLAST RH is a solution of synthetic admixture and additives in water. It is a specially formulatedfor combined action as water reducing agent with accelaration in setting time. When added to the concrete mix it gives a good workability & help to set faster than regular conventional concrete in the fresh state and high early and ultimate strengths in the hardened state. Standard Compliances / Specification Meets the requirement of IS: 9103-1999 and ASTM-C-494- 86, Type C & E

Areas of Application
High performance concrete used for columns, beams, decks & dams
Low temperature concrete
Precast concrete
General purpose concrete requiring high strength
Heavily reinforced concrete Railway sleepers
High strength & low permeable concrete
Under water concrete Tremie concrete
Concrete brick / block manufacturer

Features & Benefits
Setting time reduces final set 2- 3 hrs, depending on the dose as well as cement grade Strength – Sets fast hence high early and ultimate compressive strength concrete Water reduction - Reduces water upto 20% without effecting the workability Workability - Increases workability at a given w/c ratio, easy compaction hence eliminates honeycombing Bleeding & segregation - Provides highly cohesive concrete mix & reduces the chance of bleeding & segregation Permeability - Makes concrete less permeable and hence improves the durability Chloride content – chloride free hence suitable for RCC Compatibility - Compatible with all types of Portland cement/including slag/SRC Economical – Ordinary portland cement can be used instead of rapid hardening cement, hence economical Toxicity – Non toxic Dosage – 150 - 500 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement.

Method of Application
The correct quantity of PAR PLAST RH should be measured with recommended dispenser and should be thoroughly dispersed with approx. 5 - 10% of the recommended water content (based on mix design by weight.)
Mix concrete constituents along with balance approx. 90 - 95 % of the recommended water content (based on mix design by weight) for 3 minutes.
As soon as step 2 is over, the admixture dispersed in water (as in step-1) is to be added to the wet concrete and mix it further for 2-3 minutes to get a homogeneous mix.

Other technical properties such as slump, setting time, compressive strength & permeability varies & depends on type & grade of cement , quality & size of aggregates, w/c ratio & mix design.

150 to 600 ml / 50 kg bag of cement.

20 kg, 60 kg & 250 kg.

Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacturing in unopened containers.
Store at cool & dry place, away from sun heat.
Health & Safety Precautions
Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles, while using PAR PLAST RH.
In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
Keep out of reach of children.

Parpaver Parpaver

For fast demoulding of pavers
PARPAVER, a specially formulated product reduces the setting time of cement so that the pavers can be removed from mould earlier.

• For fast demoulding of pavers.

• Reduces the setting time and help achieve high early strength.
• Highly cost effective,

State : Liquid

Dosage of 100 - 400 ml of PARPAVER per 50 kg bag of cement is recommended. The actual dosage has to be determined at the site.
1. Take 100 - 600 ml of PARPAVER and mix with 2 liters of water.
2. Prepare mortar with 50 kg cement bag.
3. Add 70% of water to the mortar and mix for 5 minutes.
4. Add PARPAVER solution to the cement mortar.
5. Mix thoroughly and ensure the solution is spread over the entire mortar.
6. Add water to achieve the required consistency.
7. Mix thoroughly and apply in normal fashion.

Stable under normal conditions. Should be stored away from direct sunlight.

Use of gloves and safety glasses is recommended.
